Project Goal: Leveraging e-learning principles and adult learning theory, I co-led a 4-person team through the development and implementation of the organization’s premiere launch of 100% online self-paced Graduate Programs. Collaborating with SMEs we produced interactive e-learning experiences that assisted learners in the acquisition of graduate level knowledge and skills.

Project Launch: AUGUST 2021
Project Goal: Across 6 months in collaboration with the client/SME, I developed a robust 5-Module self-paced, asynchronous e-course that equips aspiring wig makers with the ability to create a custom wig from start to finish on their own. As an Instructional Design Specialist, my primary goal was to provide learners with a digital learning experience that accomplished specific learning objectives across topics such as Wig Construction Theory, Sewing Machine Setup, Wig Caps, and Wig Construction.
OPTIMUM DIGITAL HEALTH CERTIFICATION PROGRAM

Program Goal: This is an intensive, six-week certificate program for a cohort of 12-30+ early healthcare IT careerists that meets for forty hours per week and covers thirty-four courses classified into the following areas: Professional Skills Development Training, Healthcare Foundational Knowledge Healthcare People, Healthcare Processes, and Healthcare Technology. I provided instruction to equip learners in the “Professional Skills Development Training” area with Team Skills and competencies.

Project Goal: Leveraging e-learning principles and adult learning theory, I led a 5-person team through the development and implementation of the organization’s first installation of Online Spiritual Growth Classes. From pre-existing, in-person classroom curricula, we constructed an interactive e-learning experience in which learners leave the instruction being grounded in foundational Christian principles.
